1. India Capital Growth Fund Limited is referred to as ‘ICGF’, ‘the Company’ or ‘the Fund’ throughout this Website.

2. The Investment Manager to ICGF is Ocean Dial Asset Management Ltd, and is referred to variously as ‘ODAM’, ‘Ocean Dial’ ‘the Manager’ or ‘the Investment Manager’ throughout this Website

3. Saltoro Investment Advisors Pvt Ltd provides ‘non- binding’ investment advice to ODAM and is referred to throughout this Website as ‘the Investment Adviser’ or ‘the Investment Advisory Team’.

ICGF is an investment company incorporated in Guernsey, and its shares are listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The Company’s registered office is 11 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, GY1 2HL, Guernsey. The Company currently conducts its affairs so that its shares can be recommended by independent financial advisers (‘IFAs’) in the UK to ordinary retail investors in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) rules in relation to non-mainstream investment products and intends to continue to do so. The Company’s shares are excluded from the FCA’s restrictions which apply to non-mainstream investment products (set out in the FCA’s Conduct of Business Sourcebook at Part 4.12) because: (i) they are shares in a company which is resident outside the EEA; and (ii) would qualify for approval as an investment trust by the Commissioners for HMRC under sections 1158 and 1159 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 if the Company were resident in the United Kingdom. The Company has appointed ODAM of 30 Coleman Street, London, EC2R 5AL as its Investment Manager, and Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM). ODAM is authorised and regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority FRN: 447424.
